Every print that leaves the Cabinet is prepared to museum-grade standards.
Each print is examined under raking light and magnification to confirm the state and condition before listing and again before dispatch.
We use only pH-neutral, acid-free mounting boards and no adhesive ever touches the print surface.
Prints are shipped in heavy-duty, moisture-resistant archival packaging to ensure they arrive in the exact state they left the Cabinet.
Every purchase includes a certificate of authenticity bearing the Cabinet des Estampes dry-stamp embossed seal and signed by the founder. Each certificate identifies the print and the year it was printed.
We ship worldwide from London, United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. Customs duties and import taxes typically do not apply to printed material over 100 years old, however, these remain the responsibility of the buyer.
We strongly recommend shipping insurance. While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, Cabinet des Estampes cannot be held responsible for loss or damage once the item has been handed to the postal carrier. Insurance provides full coverage for the purchase price in the event of loss or damage during transit.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
The item must be returned in the same archival packaging in which it was sent. This packaging is specifically designed to protect the print during transit, and returning the item in any other packaging voids the return guarantee.
The print must be in the same condition as when it was received. Any damage caused after delivery is the responsibility of the buyer.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item in satisfactory condition, via the original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
For items lost in transit, please contact us and we will initiate a trace with the carrier. Insured shipments will be refunded in full. For uninsured shipments, liability is limited to the shipping cost.
